摘  要:目的:通过观察超早期微创治疗对急性脑出血患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)的影响,进一步探讨其脑保护机制。方法:将原发性脑出血超早期患者102例分为微创组(55例)和对照组(47例),评定其Barthel指数(BI)、神经功能缺损程度和总有效率,测定血浆BNP指标。结果:较之对照组,微创组术后神经功能缺损评分、血浆BNP显著下降(P<0.05),BI评分和总有效率显著上升(P<0.05)。结论:超早期微创治疗可有效改善急性脑出血患者的日常生活能力、神经功能,BNP参与了其脑保护机制。Objective To investigate the the effects of super-early minimum invasive operation on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) and evaluate mechanism of the treatment in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A total of 102 patients with super-early intracerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups:minimum invasive group(55 cases) and control group(47 cases).The neurological deficient scale,the ability of daily activity(BI index),total efficiency rate,plasma BNP were measured.Results Compared with control group,the neurological deficient scale,BNP in minimum invasive group were significantly decreased(P〈0.05),while BI index and total efficiency rate were significantly increased(P〈0.05).Conclusion Super-early minimum invasive operation may improve the ability of daily activity,neurological function.BNP play roles on brain protection of the treatment.
