摘  要:结合四面环水的淮阴三站基坑截渗与降水的成功实践,着重从工程水文地质特性、防渗墙施工工艺特点及其适用条件、基坑涌水量计算、覆盖层厚度验算等方面,分析高承压水地基上深基坑合适的截渗形式和降水计算方法,进一步阐明多头小直径深层水泥搅拌桩防渗墙技术的设计要点、施工要点及其检测内容以及基坑降水井的合适布置,以实现高承压水地基上大型泵站基坑防渗稳定设计合理、施工安全、质量可靠、投资较省,为南水北调其他大型泵站的基坑防渗设计提供参考。Huaiying 3rd Pumping Station of East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project is the first one which adopts large-scale integral hoisting direct driven bulb tubular pump set in China. Special pump set and engineering conditions determine peculiarity of practice on hydraulic and cutting penetration and precipitation of the base pit of the Pumping Station. Making integration with successful practice on the design of cutting penetration and precipitation of the base pit of Huaiying 3rd Pumping Station of East Route of South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the authors emphatically analyze the suitable cutting penetra tion form and precipitation calculation method on foundation pit of high confined water,based on characteristics of engineering hydrogeology,characteristics of construction process and applicable condition of impervious wall, calculation of waterinflow on foundation pit, checking thickness of covering, etc. Moreover, the authors expound design essentials, construction essentials, testing content of many-headed small diameter impervious wall, and suitable arrange of precipitation on foundation pit in order to make design of a large-scale pump set on foundation pit with reasonable design, safe construction, reliable quality, reduced investment outlay. This study provides reference of design on foundation pit for other pump set of East Route of South to-North Water Diversion Project.
