摘　　要：目的探讨声门型喉癌行垂直部分喉切除联合胸骨舌骨肌双蒂肌瓣修复手术方式的5年疗效。方法回顾性分析1999～2005年47例行垂直部分喉切除联合胸骨舌骨肌双蒂肌瓣修复手术的声门型喉癌患者的临床资料,总结临床疗效。结果 47例患者术后均拔管(100%),其中42例5年后仍生存(89.36%)。42例患者有不同程度声嘶,发音功能恢复,其中2例病变复发(4.25%)。结论声门型喉癌行垂直部分喉切除联合胸骨舌骨肌双蒂肌瓣修复术较好地保留喉的生理功能,远期效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of vertical partial laryngectomy combined the double pedicle flap of sternohyoid muscle repairing for treating the glottis laryngeal carcinoma 5 year after operation. Methods Retros-pective analysis of 47 cases of glottis laryngeal carcinoma treated with surgery of vertical partial laryngectomy combined double pedicle flap of sternohyoid muscle from 1999 to 2005yr., then the curative effect was summarized. Results The 47 cases （100%） were pulled out the tube after operation. Among these cases, 42cases were survival beyond 5 years, who recovered the pronunciation after operation, but had varied degrees hoarseness. The survival rate was 89.36% （42/47）; 2 cases recurred, the recurrence rate was 4.25% （2/47）. Conclusion Vertical partial laryngectomy combined double pedicle flap of sternohyoid muscle to treat the glottis laryngeal carcinoma is reliable, which can well reobtain the vocal function.
