胃癌中COX-2的表达及其与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在胃癌中的表达及与胃癌淋巴结转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法,检测44例胃癌原发灶标本COX-2与血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)蛋白表达的情况及淋巴管密度,分析其与胃癌淋巴转移之间的关系。结果:44例胃癌中COX-2、VEGF-C的表达率分别为61.4%、56.8%。COX-2与VEGF-C的表达与胃癌的TNM分期、淋巴管密度、淋巴结转移密切相关(P<0.05);COX-2与VEGF-C在胃癌中的表达成正相关(P<0.05)。结论:COX-2、VEGF-C在胃癌组织中高表达,与胃癌新生淋巴管的生成、胃癌淋巴结转移、临床TNM分期相关;COX-2表达上调与VEGF-C表达成正相关,提示两者在淋巴管形成中及胃癌发展中可能起协同作用。Objective To study the significance of the expression of COX-2 in gastric cancer and to explore the correlation with lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer. Methods The expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C in 44 gastric cancer samples were detected by immunohistochemistry and their relationship with lymph node metastasis were analyzed. Results The expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C were 61.4%（27/44）.56.8%（25/44） respectively in 44 gastric cancer specimens; ,They were significantly correlated with clinical TNM stage,LVD and lymphatic metastasis（P 〈 0.05 ）, in addition the expression of COX-2 was positive correlated with VEGF-C （r = 2.12, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion COX-2,VEGF-C is highly expressed in gastric cancer, and is related with the generation of gastric cancer lymphangiogenesis,lymph node metastasis and clinical TNM staging; Increased expression of COX-2 and VEGF-C was positively correlated,suggesting that the both may play a synergistic effect in the lymphatic vessel formation and gastric cancer development.
