颅内血肿微创清除术联合亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血152例临床分析

摘　　要：目的观察颅内血肿微创清除术联合亚低温治疗重症高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法将304例高血压脑出血患者随机分为2组:微创治疗组,在内科治疗的同时行微创颅内血肿清除术;联合治疗组,行微创治疗+亚低温治疗。结果联合治疗组有效率为65.12%,高于微创治疗组(P<0.05);联合治疗组治疗3个月患者日常生活活动能力亦高于微创治疗组和常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论微创术和亚低温联合治疗高血压脑出血可显著降低病死率和致残率,有利神经功能恢复。Objective Observation intracranial haematoma minimally invasive intraoperative hypothermia the clinical curative effect.Methods 304 patients intracerebral hemorrhage hypertension patients were divided into two groups：treatment group in minimally invasive medical treatment at the same time,do minimally invasive intracranial haematoma remove art;Combination therapy group,do minimally invasive treatment ＋ low temperature treatment.Results Two groups of patients after 4 weeks survivor GCS score comparative differences have statistically significant（P0.05）.Combined treatment group than 65.12%,laseris minimally invasive treatment group and the conventional treatment group（P0.05）.Combination therapy treatment group 3 months patients daily life activity ability also higher than minimally invasive treatment group and conventional treatment group（P0.05）.Conclusion Minimally invasive surgery and the hemorrhage low-temperature combination therapy can significantly reduce mortality and morbidity,favorable nerve functional recovery.
