摘  要:我国重新试行免费师范教育意义重大,但相关政策在实施范围、免费对象责权利的规定等方面还需要完善。本文提出,师范生免费教育政策的完善可以从以下几方面考虑:扩大实施范围;实行灵活多样并更加科学的招生、奖惩与就业制度;免费师范生责权利的规定应更合理、具体;进一步改善基层教育工作者的工作和生活条件等。Trying out free normal education again in our country is of great importance, which has been widely supported. But there are still some problems to be researched in the operation range of free normal education, the provisions of the responsibility, power and interest of free normal graduates. Therefore, we propose to carry out the further reform from the following aspects to improve our normal education system: making further efforts to expand the operation range of free normal edu- cation; carrying out a flexible and more scientific system on admission, rewards and punishment and employment; making more reasonable and more specific provisions about the responsibility, power and interest of free normal graduates; making further improvements concerning the working and living conditions of primary educators to enhance the attraction of free normal education.
