激光治疗视网膜黄斑分支静脉阻塞

摘　　要：目的观察视网膜黄斑分支静脉阻塞(macular branch retinal vein occlusion,MBRVO)激光治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析经荧光素眼底血管造影诊断为MBRVO合并黄斑水肿病例120例120眼的临床资料。结果复诊时激光治疗组视力≥0.8 30例占57.70%,视力≥0.5 19例占36.54%,视力≥0.2 3例占5.77%。非激光治疗组视力≥0.8 17例占25%,视力≥0.5 41例占60.29%,视力≥0.2 7例占10.29%,视力<0.2 3例占5.77%。治疗后2组视力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MBRVO激光治疗组效果明显优于非激光治疗组。Objective To observe the treatment effect of laser photocoagulation for the macular branch retinal vein occlusion （MBRVO）. Methods Retrospective analysis of clinical data of 120 cases, 120 eyes which was diagnosed macular edema MBRVO with the fundus fluorescein angiography were retrospectively analyzed. Results When return visited, in laser treatment group vision of 30 cases ≥0.8, accounting for 57.70%. 19 cases ≥0.5, accounting for 36.54% ,3 cases ≥0.2, accounting for 5.77%. But in non - laser treatment group,the vision of 17 patients ≥0.8 ,accounting for 25% ,41 cases ≥0. 5, accounting for 60.29% ,7 cases ≥0.2, accounting for 10.29% ,3 cases 〈 0.2, accounting for 5.77%. The visions had significant statistical difference between two groups after treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The treatment effect of MBRVO in laser treatment group is better than non - laser treatment group.
