摘　　要：笔者在余矩阵余环研究的基础上引入了一类不带类群簇的Galois群余环的概念，并给出了这类群余环的结构定理，从而推广了前人的一些结论．Based on the study of comatrix corings, this paper introduces the notion of Galois group corings and gives the structure theorem of this class of group corings, and hence generalizes some previous results.
