慢性肝衰竭患者体表胃电图表现

摘　　要：对18例慢性肝衰竭患者行体表胃电图检查,20例健康志愿者作为正常对照。结果 显示慢性肝衰竭组餐后主频降低,正常胃电慢波百分比减少,胃动过缓百分比增加,与正常对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cutaneous electrogastrography（EGG） was performed in 18 chronic liver failure（CLF） patients,20 healthy volunteers served as normal controls.In CLF group,the dominant frequency and percentage of normal slow wave before and after meal,as well as the postprandial/fast dominant power ratio decreased significantly,and the percentage of bradygastria increased significantly compared with normal controls（P0.05）.
