双环醇片降低谷丙/谷草转氨酶的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的了解单纯使用双环醇(商品名:百赛诺)对不同病因引起肝脏损伤,以转氨酶轻中度升高为主的保护作用。方法以用药1周和用药1个月为时间点,回顾性分析单纯使用双环醇对乙型肝炎病毒、脂肪肝及药物引起的77例肝功能损伤患者转氨酶(ALT/AST)的治疗效果,并以58例其他常用保肝降酶药物作对照。结果 双环醇治疗1周能明显降低ALT和AST(平均下降分别为42.74 U/L和37.31 U/L),与对照组相比有极显著性差异(P<0.01);治疗1个月时,双环醇降低ALT的水平依然较强,明显优于对照组(P<0.01),而降低AST的水平与对照组相比无显著性差异。结论双环醇可降低不同原因引起的转氨酶升高,尤其是对ALT作用更为明显,并且具有起效迅速,降酶能力强的特点。Objective To evaluate the effect of bicyclol tablet on plasma aminotransferase level increasing caused by liver damage due to different diseases. Methods The effect of bicyclol tablet on plasma aminotransferase increasing caused by hepatitis B,fatty liver disease and medicine intake,after treatment for 1 week and 1 month in 77 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Additional 58 cases taking other liver function protection medicines were used as control group. Results Bicyclol tablet significantly decreased plasma ALT and AST levels（42.74 U/L for ALT and 31.31 U/L for AST respectively） after 1 week treatment compared with the control group（P0.01）,and its effect was still more significant than the control group in decreasing ALT after 1 month treatment（P0.01）,whereas there was no difference in decreasing AST level after 1 month treatment. Conclusion Bicyclol tablet can decrease plasma aminotransferase level,especially ALT,caused by difference liver diseases with better and faster efficiency.
