肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的超声造影特征

摘　　要：目的总结肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的超声造影特征。方法应用对比脉冲序列成像技术和超声造影对17例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤患者进行检查,分析病灶的始增时间、达峰时间、消退时间、达峰强度、增强及消退特征。结果肾上腺嗜铬细胞肿瘤内均有造影剂充填,多呈明显增强,为富血供病灶。直径>5cm的病灶内部可见不规则造影剂无填充区;直径<4cm的肿瘤内部呈较均匀充填。结论超声造影能清晰显示肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤的血流灌注情况,为临床诊断提供更多信息。Objective To summarize the imaging features of adrenal phaeochromocytoma by contrast - enhanced ultrasound（ CEUS ）. Methods The imaging features of 17 cases of adrenal phaeochromocytoma were analyzed by CEUS and contrast pulse sequence imaging technique. Then the arrival time, time to peak , wash - out time, peak intensity, wash - in and wash - out features were analyzed. Results The contrast agent filling could be observed in all the tumors, and most tumors with abundant blood supply were obviously enhanced in CEUS. Irregular areas with no contrast agent filling were observed in the tumors with diameter 〉 5 cm, while contrast agents were uniformly filled in the tumors with diameter 〈 4 cm. Conclusion CEUS can clearly display the blood flow infusion of adrenal phaeochromocytoma, and it also can offer more information for clinical dignosis.
