摘　　要：射频消融作为微创治疗的方法之一,为不能行手术切除的肝脏肿瘤提供了有效的治疗手段。射频消融能使肿瘤组织产生凝固性坏死,近年来,作为肝脏转移瘤的微创治疗技术得到了广泛的应用。本文就超声引导下结直肠癌肝转移瘤的射频消融治疗基本原理、治疗方法及疗效等方面做一综述。As a minimally invasive therapy, radiofrequency ablation （RFA） provides an effective treatment method for unresectable liver cancer. RFA can result in coagulation necrosis of tumor tissues and has recently received much attention as a minimally invasive technique for treatment of liver metastases. This paper reviews the basic principles, clinical application and efficacy of RFA in colorectal liver metastasis.
