摘  要:分析了导致海军飞机结构腐蚀的主要因素,基于飞机地面停放环境谱,对航空LY12CZ铝合金等多种材料搭接试验件进行了5,10,15,20,30等多个当量年限的加速腐蚀试验及修复后加速腐蚀试验及海洋环境下的暴露试验,利用显微镜对试件表面涂层、金属基体材料腐蚀情况进行观察和测量,根据腐蚀评价指标对试验件腐蚀状况进行了分析比较,得出:实验室加速腐蚀结果符合飞机外场服役的腐蚀特征,而材料直接暴露在海洋环境中腐蚀速度明显加快,搭接材料对搭接件腐蚀影响较大,涂层修复能明显延缓搭接件材料腐蚀。The important factor induced corrosion damage of navy aircraft was analyzed. Based on the military airport ground environmental spectrum, the LY12CZ and other materials samples were tested in laboratory, by use of the accelerated corrosion spectrum. Using microscope, the corrosion characteristic of the coating and base material was inspected and corrosion damage size was measured after the sample had been accelerated corrosion tested for 5, 10, 15, 20, 30 years respectively and the sample had been exposed on ship. The coat repair tests were also studied. The corrosion characteristic of samples were analyzed and compared using several evaluating indicator. The results showed that the corrosion damage characteristic of the sample in the test was consistent with which in service situations. And the corrosion of material exposed in ocean environment was obviously accelerated. Material was an important factor of lap-joints corrosion. Coat repair can stay corrosion obviously.
