摘 要:以黄芩生品和炮制品为原料,以多糖提取量为测定指标,确定2种黄芩多糖提取的最佳工艺。本研究利用分光光度计测定黄芩多糖的提取量,通过单因素试验和正交试验,分析提取温度、提取时间和提取次数对黄芩多糖提取量的影响。确定黄芩生品多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度80℃、提取时间2 h、提取次数3次;黄芩炮制品多糖提取的最佳工艺条件为提取温度70℃、提取时间2 h、提取次数3次。在最佳提取工艺条件下,黄芩生品提取液中多糖提取量达到99.54 mg/g,黄芩炮制品中多糖提取量达到95.41 mg/g。Using Scutellariae baicalensis and its processed products as materials,the optimum extract conditions of polysaccharide were investigated.The extraction amount of polysaccharide was determined by the spectrophotometer,and the effects of temperature,extraction period,extraction times on the extraction amount were analyzed by single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimum extract conditions from S.baicalensis were at 80℃ 2 hours for 3 times,and the extracted capacity was 99.54 mg/g.For the processed products,the optimum conditions were at 70℃ 2 hours for 3 times,and the extracted capacity was 95.41 mg/g.
