摘 要:采用正交实验研究了稀土盐硝酸铈钝化镀锌钢板的最佳工艺,结合醋酸铅点滴实验和扫描电镜分析研究了硝酸铈和双氧水对成膜的影响,并采用极化曲线测试对钝化前后的耐蚀性进行了比较。结果发现,在成膜过程中双氧水浓度对成膜的影响最大,其次是硝酸铈浓度,其最佳成膜条件为双氧水浓度为20mL/L,硝酸铈浓度为25g/L。极化曲线测试结果显示稀土钝化膜既阻滞了阳极反应也阻滞了阴极反应,从而显著提高了镀锌板的耐蚀性。Orthogonal experiments were carded out to determine the optimal parameters of cerium nitrate passivation on galvanized steel. Meanwhile lead acetate dropping test and SEM were combined to research the influence of H2O2 and Ce (NO3) 3 · 6H2O concentration on passivation film. Moreover, the corrosion resistance of the passivaton film was studied by poIarization curves. The results showed that the main factor influenced the film formation was H2O2 concentration and the minor factor was Ce ( NO3 ) 3·6H2O concentration. The optimal condition was suggested as 20mL/L H2O2 and 25g/L Ce ( NO3 ) 3·6H2O. The rare earth passivation film prevented anode reaction as well as cathode reaction which improved the corrosion resistance of galvanized steel.
