摘 要:为满足非道路用柴油机的排放法规,从改善柴油机缸内混合气形成质量出发,提出了直喷式柴油机涡流室燃烧系统;设计了柴油机外部增压系统,进行了新型燃烧系统在外部增压下性能的实验研究。结果表明,外部增压能降低柴油机的油耗和排放;增压压力为0.15MPa时,柴油机油耗率最低。增压压力为0.18MPa时,使用4×0.36×140°喷油嘴在供油提前角为8°CA、90%负荷下,NOx排放量仅为常压下的25%。In order to meet the emission regulation for non-road diesel engine,with an aim of improving the quality of in-cylinder mixture formation in diesel engines,a new combustion system with swirl chamber for a direct injection diesel engine is proposed.The external supercharging system is designed and an experimental study on the performance of diesel engine with the new combustion system under external supercharging system is conducted.The results show that the fuel consumption and emissions of the diesel engine can be reduced under external supercharging: the specific fuel consumption reaches its minimum at a supercharging pressure of 0.15 MPa,and the NOx emission at a supercharging pressure of 0.18 MPa is 75% lower than that at normal pressure when using a 4×0.36×140° nozzle with a fuel supply advance angle of 8°CA under 90% load.
