摘　　要：介绍了高效液相色谱法测定水中的酚类物质。在固相萃取工作站上建立的酚类预处理方法稳定性好,回收率高。采用流动相梯度洗脱,紫外检测器波长编程方法进行样品检测。方法准确,重现性好,杂质干扰少,检出限低。The analytic method for phenols in water by HPLC was introduced.The method of SPE has a good stability and high recovery for the phenols.The extracted phenols were detected by gradient eluted mobile phase and UV wavelength programming HPLC.The method was proved to be accurate and good in reproducibility and less interference of impurities and of low detection limit.
