增强新时期大学生榜样教育实效性的思索

摘　　要：通过调查问卷发现,新时期大学生榜样教育出现了宣传效果弱化、大学生不愿意做榜样、怀疑榜样的真实性、学习积极性不高等现象,其实效性弱化已是不争的事实。在分析问卷及实践的基础上,尝试从加强基础理论研究、提高大学生榜样教育可信度、优化榜样教育的育人环境、创新大学生榜样教育机制和模式等方面探索提高大学生榜样教育实效性的方式方法。The authors found some phenomenon in the model education of college students in the new period through the questionnaire：such as,weakening of propaganda effect,unwillingness to be a model,doubt on the factuality of models,and low enthusiasm on study.It is undisputed that Model Education effectiveness is weakening.Based on questionnaire and practice,the author tries to find some ways to strengthen effectiveness of model education of college students from the following aspects：enhancing primary theoretical research,heightening credibility of model education,optimizing educating environment,and innovating the mechanism and pattern.
