“阳光体育运动”背景下的高校体育教学改革探析

摘　　要："阳光体育运动"的实施,是各级学校贯彻"健康第一"指导思想和形成"终身体育"行为习惯的具体体现。而高校体育教学与阳光体育运动要求存在一定差距,通过分析阳光体育运动背景下高校体育教学存在问题,从转变观念、加大课程资源的开发与利用、加强课余体育的组织与开展和改善校园体育环境等方面提出具体对策。The implementation of ＂the sunshine sports＂ is a concrete manifestation of carrying out the ＂health first＂ guiding ideology and the formation of ＂sports for life＂ at all levels of schools.There,however,exists a certain gap between the requirements of ＂the sunshine sports＂ and college sports.By analyzing the college sports problems,the paper,from the change in concept and curriculum resources to increase the development and utilization,proposes countermeasures to solve the problems as after school sports organization and ways to improve the college sports environment.
