摘  要:针对EVA这项全新考核指标,在论述油气田企业EVA考核重要性以及分析某油气田EVA考核结果的基础之上,提出了利用现有资源、加大技术创新、提高油气田采收率和储量动用率,优化投资决策、强化项目运营管理,提高营运效率、构建科学预测体系、进行科学预算,充分利用固定资产、减少利用率低的固定资产的留存量等4条提升油气田企业EVA的途径。Being a brand-new examination index for the enterprises in China,EVA assessment is rather important for oil and gas enterprises as well.Based on analysis of EVA assessment results of a certain oil&gas field,some strategies for oil and gas enterprises to increase EVA are suggested.They are(1)based on existing resource,enhancing technology innovation to improve recovery efficiency and reserves producing level;(2)optimizing investment strategies and strengthening project operation management;(3)improving operation efficiency and establishing scientific prediction system;(4)making full use of fixed assets and decrease the amount oflow-utilization fixed assets.
