摘　　要：结合胸腔积液穿刺,介绍了应用RadioDexter软件在计算机上重建三维模型,进行临床基本操作技能教学的一些方法。指出它可弥补传统教学模式的不足,具有真实性、可重复使用,有利于促进学生对临床基本操作技能的掌握,并使学生在接触新技术的同时,激发其进一步探索的兴趣。By taking thoracic dropsy puncture as an example,this paper introduces the reconstruction of three-dimensional model by using RadioDexter system and its application in basic clinical skill teaching.The three-dimensional model can make up for the insufficiency of traditional teaching mode because of its realness and repeatability,help students master basic clinical skills,and stimulate their interest in making further exploration.
