辽宁省果树种苗繁育体系建设的思考

摘　　要：作为辽宁省农业优势特色产业,果树种苗繁育体系的发展直接关系到辽宁果业的发展。该文从辽宁果树种苗生产现状入手,从果树种苗供求、种苗市场、种苗生产和脱毒种苗等4方面阐述了目前辽宁果树市场存在的问题,并提出具体改进措施和对策。重点建立3级配套的果树种苗繁育和供应体系、创新种苗管理模式、规范果树苗木管理立法和加大财政扶持力度,促进果业步入良性发展轨道,为辽宁省果业产业化发展提供参考。As the characteristic advanced industries, fruit breeding system development directly related to Liaoning fruit development. Starting with the production status of Liaoning fruit seedling, the supply and demand, seedling market, seedling production and virus-free seedling were described the existing problems of Liaoning fruit market. The improvement measures and countermeasures were put forward. The emphasis were the three-level matching fruit breeding and supply system, innovation seedling management model, standardization of seedling legislation and the finance support. These would made the fruit industry go on the good way and provide a reference for Liaoning fruit industry development.
