β2-微球蛋白检测与卵巢癌相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的研究β2-微球蛋白在卵巢癌患者血液、尿液中的变化。方法选择在我院住院的卵巢癌组患者68例,卵巢良性肿瘤组患者65例,正常卵巢患者组60例。分别在手术前或者检查身体时抽取静脉血和留取尿液。采用免疫透射比浊法检测三组患者血液和尿液中β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)的水平。比较卵巢癌不同分期、分级患者血/尿β2-MG的变化。结果卵巢癌患者血液中β2-MG(4.87±0.64)和尿液中β2-MG(4.86±0.72)明显高于卵巢良性肿瘤组血液中β2-MG(2.69±0.36)和尿液中β2-MG(2.73±0.48),正常卵巢对照组血液中β2-MG(2.53±0.32)和尿液中β2-MG(2.48±0.43),差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随肿瘤的分级、分期增加血/尿β2-MG比值而增高,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血液、尿液中的β2-MG对卵巢癌具有诊断意义,也可以术前估计肿瘤的恶性程度,对肿瘤诊疗有一定的临床意义。Objective Research change of 2-micro globulin of the blood and urin of ovarian cancer patients.Methods Choose 68 patients of ovarian cancer in our hospital,Ovarian benign tumor group 65 patients,normal oarian group 60 patients,Preoperative or check body respectively extraction of venous blood and return urine.Using radioimmunoassay teehnic to detect the level of three group＇s patients＇ blood and urine.Comparing changement of different stages,gradings of ovarian cancer patients blood/urine β2-MG.Results β2-MG in the blood（4.87±0.64） and urine（4.86±0.72）of ovarian cancer patients is significantly higher thanβ2-MG in the blood（2.69±0.36） and urine（2.73±0.48）ovarian benign tumor group,β2-MG in the blood（2.53±0.32）and urine（2.48±0.43） of normal ovarian group,significant difference,with a statistical significance（P0.05）,With tumor classification,staging increases blood/urineβ2-MG ratio is also increase,with a statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion β2-MG in the blood and urine has the diagnosis meaning for ovarian cancer,also can estimate the malignant tumor preoperative level,for tumors diagnosis have certain clinical significance.
