喉疾灵口含片口腔黏膜刺激性研究

摘　　要：目的:观察喉疾灵口含片对地鼠口腔黏膜的刺激性。方法:将地鼠随机分为两组,分别为对照样品组和供试样品组,每组10只,经口腔黏膜给药7天后作大体观察评价和组织学评价。结果:大体观察显示喉疾灵口含片对地鼠的口腔黏膜无刺激性;病理组织学检查显示喉疾灵口含片对地鼠口腔黏膜不产生炎症等病理学改变;病理组织学评分显示喉疾灵口含片对地鼠口腔黏膜无刺激性。结论:喉疾灵口含片对地鼠的口腔黏膜无刺激性。Objective ： To observe the irritant effect of Houjiling Tablets on oral mucosa in hamster. Methods：Hamsters were randomly divided into two groups （n=10）： control groups and experimental groups. Animals were observed in general and underwent histological evaluation at 7 days after administration. Results ： Both observation in general and histopathologic score indicated that Houjiling Tablets had no irritant efect on aged mucosa. Moreover, histopathologic examination showed that no pathologic changes such as inflammation were found after treatment. Conclusion ： Houjiling Tablets have no irritant effects on oral mucasa in hamster.
