摘　　要：雌激素在多种生理活动中扮演很重要的角色,不仅维持生殖、骨稳态、免疫、心血管生理活动的正常运作,还具有神经系统保护作用。雌激素在中枢神经系统的神经保护作用大多通过与其核型受体结合发挥直接基因组作用,但近期也有很多研究揭示雌激素不仅可通过间接基因组机制发挥其神经系统保护作用,雌激素还可直接介导抗氧化作用。Estrogen plays a key role in multiple physical activities,including not only fertility and reproduction,bone homeostasis,immune functions and cardiovascular functions,but also neuroprotective effect.Many of the actions of estrogen in the central nervous system are mediated via intracellular receptor/transcription factors which interact with steroid response elements on target genes.Furthermore,there is compelling evidence that membrane-associated steroid receptors also participate in the neuroprotective effect of estrogen.The third,estrogen can also induce antioxidant reacation directly.
