摘　　要：脂肪组织是机体的重要组成部分,它不仅是一种储存器官,也是一种内分泌器官。脂肪细胞分泌的众多脂肪因子中,脂联素是唯一随脂肪体积变大而在血液中浓度降低的因子,不但在糖、脂类代谢中发挥重要作用,在肿瘤的发生、发展中也起着重要作用。血浆中脂联素浓度降低对肿瘤来说可能是一种新的危险因素。现就脂联素与肿瘤关系的研究进展进行综述。Adipose tissue is an important component of the body,which is not only a storage organ,but also an endocrine organ.The serum concentration of adiponectin is inversely associated with the fat volume.Adiponectin appears to be connected with not only glucose and lipid metabolism,but also with tumorigenesis and development as well.Plasma of adiponectin concentration decrease is probably a new risk factor for tumor.Here is to review the correlation between adiponectin and tumors.
