摘　　要：后金融危机时代,企业的外部环境和内部环境发生了重大变化,加强技术创新是企业应对金融危机的根本途径。结合金融危机背景下企业技术创新的影响因素,构建了企业技术创新动力系统模型,对动力系统建设现状进行了分析,并提出了相关建议。Under Post - financial crisis era, as the internal and external environment of enterprise has been significantly changed. Improving the technology innovation ability is the fundamental way of enterprise. Base on the influence factors of enterprise technology innovation, the author constructs the motive power system model of enterprise technology innovation and analysis of the current situation. The author puts forward related suggestions.
