摘　　要：企业孵化器是为新创企业提供各类服务支持的组织,如何促进企业孵化器中知识向新创企业转移已成为孵化器管理者关注的问题。分析了企业孵化器中知识转移的主体,探讨了孵化器管理机构、政府机构、大学/研究机构、金融机构、中介机构向在孵企业知识转移的内容和途径,在此基础上构建了企业孵化器知识转移网络。Business incubator is an organization which provides various services to start - ups. How to promote knowledge transfer within business incubator has become a topic that incubator managers concemed. This paper analyzes the actors of knowledge transfer in business incubator. The contents and ways of knowledge transfer from incubator management institution, government agencies, universities / research institutions, financial institutions, intermediaries to start - ups are presented. The business incubator knowledge transfer network is constructed.
