摘　　要：随着高新技术的发展,无人机正在军事和民用领域发挥越来越重要的作用,并显示出良好的应用前景,为世界各国所重视。以无人机科研项目研制阶段为脉络,根据无人机科研项目特点,分析了各种风险因素,探讨了各种风险的应对措施,并初步提出了无人机科研项目风险防范程序。As technologies develop, UAVs are highly valued by all countries by showing its good potentials in application, and playing an increasingly important part in military use and social application. This article follows the flow based on the attributes of UAV＇ s development research. It analyses various risk factors, and discusses all kinds of precaution methods. It also created an initial idea of a set of precautionary processes against UAV＇ s project risk.
