摘 要:目的了解在校大学生人格障碍现状及影响因素,为人格障碍的病因预防和心理健康教育提供参考依据。方法采用人格诊断问卷第4版(PDQ-4)和世界卫生组织复合性国际诊断交谈表3.0版(WHO-CIDI-3.0)对1 745名在校大学生进行问卷调查。结果大学生人格障碍阳性检出率为4.58%;多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,父亲的心理状况差(OR=3.165,P<0.01)、家庭冲突频率高(OR=5.232,P<0.05)、父母间争吵打骂频率高(OR=0.049,P<0.05)、父亲曾有自杀行为(OR=7.730,P<0.05)和自我内部评价差(OR=3.094,P<0.01)是大学生人格障碍影响因素。结论在校大学生人格障碍阳性检出率较高,人格障碍形成与家庭环境、童年时期经历及社会交往影响因素有关。Objective To explore the prevalence of personality disorder and its influencing factors among university students and to provide evidence for early intervention. Methods Stratified random proportional sampling was used to select 1 745 students for the survey. Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire-4th vision (PDQ-4) and version 3.0 of the Composite International Diagnostic Interview of World Health Organization (WHO-CIDI-3.0) were applied with a self-administered questionnaire investigation and face-to-face standardized interview. Results The positive rate of personality disorder was 4. 58%. The influencing factors of personality disorder were family background, childhood environment, and degrees of social support in single factor analysis. Based on logistic analyses, risk factors for personality disorder were parents' bad psychologic status( odds ratio[ OR] = 3. 165, P 〈 0. 01 ), high frequency of conflict in the family ( OR = 5. 232, P 〈 0. 05 ) quarrel between parents ( OR = 0. 049, P 〈 0. 05 ), fathers' suicide history ( OR = 7. 730, P 〈 0. 05 ), and bad internal self-evaluation( OR = 3. 094, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Positive rate of personality disorder in university students is high. Family background, childhood environment, degrees of social support are influencing factors of personality disorder.
