县级医疗机构护士社会支持及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的评价山东省东营市县级医疗机构护士社会支持情况,探讨社会支持的影响因素。方法采用护士基本情况表和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对东营市广饶、垦利和利津3县县级医疗机构的360名护士的社会支持情况进行调查分析。结果 360名护士的客观支持度平均得分为(9.97±2.78)分,主观支持度平均得分为(27.31±4.58)分,社会支持利用度平均得分为(8.66±1.85)分;社会支持总分平均为(45.94±7.15)分,高于国内常模(34.56±3.73)分;多元逐步回归结果表明,护士社会支持的主要影响因素为年龄、工作年限、健康状况和社会保险。结论护士社会支持状况总体处于较高水平;但应特别关注年龄小、工作时间短、健康状况差和无社会保险的护士群体。Objective To evaluate the status of social support and its infulencing factors among the nurses in countylevel medical institutions in Dongying city of Shandong province. Methods A questionnaire for basic information and Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS） were used to investigate the social support status among 360 nurses from Guangrao, Kenli, and Lijin counties in Dongying city. Results The average scores of subjective social support, objective social support,application of social support,and total the score of social support among the nurses were 9. 97 ±2. 78,27.31 ±4. 58, 8. 66 ± 1.85 ,and 45.94 ±7. 15 ,respectively. The average total score of social support was significantly higher than that of domestic norm （ 45.94 ± 7. 15 vs 34. 56 ± 3.73 ）. The main influencing factors of social support were age, working years, state of health, and social insurance. Conclusion The social support conditions of the nurses in Shandong province are at a high level. The relative departments should pay more attention to the young nurse with shorter working duration and poor health and without social insurance.
