摘　　要：本文以美国、英国、日本、韩国以及我国台湾、香港、澳门地区的图书馆员职业资格认证制度为基础,对国外国内进行比较分析,结合部分省市出台的图书馆法规、条例中有关图书馆人员任用的规定,以期为建立适合我国的图书馆员职业资格认证制度提供一些参考。Based on the professional qualification certification system of librarians in America,Britain,Japan,South Korea as well as Taiwan,Hong Kong and Macao,this paper compares and analyzes the certification system at home and abroad.Combining with the regulations about library personnel appointment issued by some provinces and cities,this study aims to provide some reference for the establishment of librarians＇ professional qualification certification system in China.
