摘　　要：针对和谐系列5种大功率货运电力机车所用的3种结构的橡胶牵引球铰,进行了基于使用工况、有效承载尺寸、橡胶应力应变状态、疲劳试验及实际装车运用结果等5个方面进行论述,得出了重载机车橡胶牵引球铰设计的相关经验和结论,并对今后类似牵引球铰的设计提出了建议。出于运行可靠性的考虑,应给予牵引球铰足够的空间尺寸,以避免过小的有效承载尺寸对产品疲劳性能造成不利影响。This article introduces the application condition,valid dimension for load,stress and strain status for rubber material,fatigue test and the result of application of three kind of traction link bushes for Hexie series electrical locomotives,and gives some suggestion for traction link bush design in the future.Concerning the reliability of application,the bush should be given sufficient space to design,to eliminate the influence fatigue life of too small valid dimension.
