摘 要:当车钩受到冲击或牵引力时,在垂直于钩尾框后端面内产生一个角度很小的斜向上压力(它的向上分力以下简称上翘力,斜向上角度以下简称上翘角度),并且该力偏离钩尾框后端面中心(以下简称偏心)。通过有限元计算和疲劳寿命估算发现,上翘力和偏心是造成钩尾框后弯角与框身连接处(以下简称连接处)裂纹产生的主要结构原因,并且随着上翘角度和偏心距的增大,疲劳寿命急剧降低。最后,给出了改进措施和建议。Through the depot and shed repair data of railway line,we find that when the coupler is enduring the impacting or traction load,the face that is vertical with the coupler yoke rear end face will produce a small and inclined upward force(its upward component force hereinafter referred to as upward force and slanted ascender angle hereinafter referred to as upward angle) and stray from the center of coupler yoke rear end face(hereinafter referred to as eccentricity),upward force and eccentricity are the main reason which makes the coupler yoke rear fillet and body of joint(hereinafter referred to as jiont) produce the crack,which has been proved through finite element calculate and fatigue life estimate.with the increment of upward angle and the eccentricity distance,the fatigue life is the rapid drop.finally,the specific improvement measures and advice for solving the problem are put forth.
