洋教习与近代河北教育

摘　　要：清末,河北为发展近代新式教育,解决师资短缺问题,不惜重金从外国聘请了一批洋教习。他们分布于河北高、中等学堂和师范、军事、法政、农工商等各专门学堂,为河北近代新式学堂教育体系的建立、新学科的建设和多学科人才的培养做出了一定贡献,促进了河北教育近代化进程。During the late Qing Dynasty,for the development of modern education and solving the teacher shortage problem,Hebei hired a group of foreigners from foreign countries with high pay.These foreign teachers were found in Hebei high,middle schools and specialized schools,such as military,law and politic,etc.They assumed the important task of teaching new subjects,and trained many multi-disciplinary talents who made a certain contribution to promote the process of modernization of Hebei education.
