摘　　要：从研究新型环保竹丝面料的接缝强力入手,运用正交试验设计缝制工艺实验,通过测试在不同缝纫线线密度、机针针号、线迹密度组合下新型环保竹丝面料的接缝强力来研究缝口牢度,并由此得出该竹丝面料适合于床上用品开发的优化缝制工艺。This article reports research of the seam strength of new environment-friendly bamboo fabric.Along with the orthogonal test experimental technique,density of the thread,model of the needle,frequency of sewing and combination of them all are research elements of this article.According to all the tests the authors have found the solution of sewing technique for this bamboo fabric of bedding use.
