摘 要:以聚合物基体添加具有非线性填料非线性复合电介质为研究对象,利用编程实现填料颗粒在基料中随机分布和基于蒙特卡洛(MC)模拟的模型随机构建,并通过三维有限元数值分析软件求得不同电压激励下的响应电流。采用时域最小二乘法对仿真得到的总电流进行分解并获得材料的宏观介电参数与电场强度的关系。结果表明:填料在空间的随机分布导致复合材料响应特性和介电性能的随机性。采用MC模拟可得介电参数数学模型中的待定系数的点估计和区间估计,完善了复合材料介电性能的有限元仿真研究方法。Nonlinear composite dielectrics prepared by polymer added nonlinear filler was chosen as the research object,filler particle random distribution in matrix and models random construction based on Montecarlo simulation was realized by programming,and response currents under different voltage excitation were obtained by 3D FEM software.Then time-domain least square method was adopted to decompose the total current from simulation,then the macro dielectric parameters of material are obtained.The results show that: filler random distribution leads that response characteristics and dielectric properties are random.Point estimation and interval estimation of the coefficients in mathematical model of the dielectric parameters can be obtained by MC simulation.The FEM simulation approach for dielectric properties of composite materials is improved.
