摘 要:目的:观察康复训练对高度远视儿童屈光结构的影响以及治疗效果。方法:101例202眼低视力儿童分为复健组49例(98眼)和对照组52例(104眼),分别采用康复训练仪进行代偿训练及配戴对焦镜与配戴矫正镜及遮盖治疗等。治疗前后检测2组儿童的视力、屈光度、K值、屈光结构及视觉诱发电位。结果:治疗3个月后,2组视力均较治疗前提高,复健组明显高于对照组(P<0.01);屈光度及K值治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义。屈光结构比较,复健组较治疗前及对照组晶体曲率变凸,眼轴增长,诱发电位N75和P100振幅明显升高,P100潜期明显缩短(P<0.05,0.01)。结论:康复训练可增加睫状肌的调节功能,使晶状体的曲率发生改变,近点更近,远点更远,是提高高度远视儿童视功能的一种有效的方法。Objective: To explore the effect of ocular rehabilitation exercise on refractive structures of children with high hypermetropia and the curative effectiveness.Methods: 101 children with high hypermetropia were randomly divided into rehabilitation group(49 cases,98 eyes) and control group(52 cases,104 eyes),receiving different treatments for 3 months.The effectiveness and anterior chamber depth,lens thickness,vitreous thickness and optic axis before and after the treatment were compared statistically.Results: The corneal diopter(K1,K2) after the treatment in both two groups had no significant changes(P0.05).Anterior chamber depth and vitreous thickness between two groups had no significant difference after the treatment(P0.05),but curvature of the lens and optic axis between the two groups had significant difference after the treatment(P0.01,P0.05).Conclusion: Ocular rehabilitation exercise can increase the regulating function of ciliary muscle,leading to changes in lens,and making near point nearer and far point farer.It is an effective means to improve the visual function of children with refractive high hypermetropia.
