摘  要:目的:探讨缺血预处理(IP)对局灶性脑梗死预后的影响。方法:SD大鼠38只,随机分为模型组和IP组各19只。模型组建立大鼠局灶性大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)再灌注模型;IP组在行MCAO再灌注手术前7d内先行2次15min的IP。2组均于MCAO再灌注术后3h及7d时行Zea longa神经功能评分,然后断头取脑行TTC染色检测梗死体积。结果:MCAO术后3h2组大鼠均有程度不同的神经功能缺失。7d时IP组Zea longa神经功能缺失程度评分明显低于模型组,梗死体积明显小于模型组(均P<0.01)。结论:IP对大鼠局灶性脑梗死具有保护作用。Objective:To explore the influence of ischemic preconditioning on focal cerebral infarction in rats.Methods:SD rats were randomly divided into model group and pretreatment group.Middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO)-reperfusion model in rats was established in the model group.The pretreatment group underwent 20-min ischemic preconditioning two times 7 days before the surgery of MCAO-reperfusion.Neurological grading was conducted twice within 1 week after the surgery of MCAO-reperfusion.One week after the surgery of MCAO-reperfusion the rats were decapitated and the infarct volume was examined by TTC staining.Results:The neurological deficit had a fast improvement(P0.01) and the infarct volume was significantly reduced(P0.01) in the pretreatment group.Conclusion:Ischemic preconditioning has a protective effect on focal cerebral infraction in rats.
