电针丰隆穴对高血脂症型地鼠肝脏LPL、HL的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针丰隆穴对调节高脂血症型金黄地鼠血脂的作用机制。方法:32只健康SPF级雄性金黄地鼠随机分为正常组8只,采用普通饲料喂养;模型组、电针组、西药组各8只,均采用高脂饲料喂养。1个月后电针组地鼠给予电针丰隆穴治疗;西药组给予阿托伐他汀钙灌胃,共治疗1个月。观察各组地鼠血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及肝脏脂蛋白酯酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)活性。结果:模型组成功制备为高脂血症地鼠。与正常组比较,模型组地鼠血浆TC、TG、LDL-C显著增高,HDL-C明显降低(P<0.05);电针组及西药组血清TC、TG、LDL与模型组比较均明显下降,HDL-C明显上升(P<0.05,0.01);肝脏LPL及HL活性电针组高于模型组(P<0.05,0.01),西药组与模型组比较差异无统计学意义。结论:电针丰隆穴能明显调节高脂血症型地鼠的血脂代谢,可能与丰隆穴能提高肝脏脂代谢关键酶LPL、HL活性有关。Objective：To investigate action mechanism of the electro-acupuncture of Fenglong point adjusting triglyceride in golden hamsters with hyperlipidemia.Methods：Thirty-two healthy male SPF golden hamsters were randomly divided into four groups（n=8 each）：normal control group（ordinary diet）,model control group（hyperlipidemia model established by high fat diet）,electro-acupuncture group（after high fat diet for four weeks,electro-acupuncture of fenglong point given）;western medicine group（after high fat diet for four weeks,atorvastatin calcium given）.After 4 weeks,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C levels were compared between the normal control group and model control group;After 8 weeks,the fasting blood via the abdominal aorta and the liver tissues were collected in the electro-acupuncture group and western medicine group,and the liver LPL and HL activity was determined.Results：After high fat diet for 4 weeks,TC,TG and LDL-C levels in the model control group were significantly higher（P0.05）,while HDL-C levels were significantly lower than in the normal control group（P0.01）,suggesting the successful construction of the hyperlipidemia model.After treatment for 8 weeks,LPL/HL activity was higher in electro-acupuncture group than in model control group（P0.05,P0.01）,but there was no significant difference between western medicine group and model control group.Conclusion：Electro-acupuncture of fenglong point can adjust the triglyceride metabolism in golden hamsters with hyperlipidemia probably by increasing the LPL and HL activity.
