脑波治疗对慢性精神分裂症患者的康复作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨脑波治疗对慢性精神分裂症的治疗作用。方法:慢性精神分裂症患者72例,分为观察组35例,对照组37例,均口服常规剂量的利培酮片。观察组配合脑波治疗,根据患者症状选择操作程序。治疗前后分别对2组患者进行症状自评量表(SCL-90)及社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)评定。结果:治疗8周后,观察组SCL-90总分和人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、躯体化单因子分及SDSS总分均较治疗前及对照组有明显下降(P<0.05,0.01);对照组仅抑郁、焦虑、躯体化单因子分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),SDSS总分治疗前后差异无统计学意义。结论:辅助脑波治疗能有效缓解慢性精神分裂症患者的不良精神状况,改善其社会功能。Objective：To investigate the effect of brainwave treatment on patients with chronic schizophrenia.Methods：Eighty patients with chronic schizophrenia were divided into treatment group（n=40） and control group（n=40） randomly.Patients in treatment group were treated by risperdal and brainwave treatment,and those in control group were treated only by risperdal for 8 weeks.After treatment for 8 weeks,all patients were assessed by symptoms self rating scale（SCL-90） and the social function of defect scale（SDSS）.Results：After treatment for 8 weeks,the total scores of SCL-90,scores of interpersonal relations,depression,anxiety and somatization,and total scores of SDSS in treatment group were significantly reduced as compared with those before treatment and control group（P0.05,0.01）.In control group,the scores of depression,anxiety and somatization were significantly decreased as compared with those before treatment（P0.05,0.01）,but there was no significant difference in total scores of SDSS before and after treatment.Conclusion：Auxiliary brainwave treatment can effectively relieve adverse psychological conditions,and improve social function of patientswith chronic schizophrenia.
