摘 要:目的:观察半蹲训练对纠正脑卒中患者膝过伸的疗效。方法:将符合入选标准的64例脑卒中患者分为A组34例和B组30例,均按脑血管病治疗方案治疗,B组配合控制膝过伸常规康复训练;A组在此基础上增加半蹲训练,均持续10周。治疗前后2组分别采用Fugl-meyer(FMA)评分和膝关节过伸次数评定。结果:治疗后,FMA评分2组均较治疗前明显提高;膝关节过伸次数明显减少;2组间比较,A组表现更明显(均P<0.05或0.01)。结论:半蹲训练为一种综合性训练,可提高患肢肌力,改善患肢协调能力和膝过伸,进而提高患肢运动功能及步行能力。Objective:To investigate the efficacy of half squat training on knee hyperextension of stroke patients.Methods:Sixty-four stroke patients were randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases) and control group(30 cases).Patients in two groups were given the general knee hyperextension rehabilitation therapy,and those in treatment group received half squat training additionally.Ten weeks later,the outcome was assessed by Fugl-meyer Score and knee hyperextension frequency.Results:There was significant difference in Fugl-meyer score and knee hyperextension frequency between two groups.Conclusion:As a synthetic method,half squat training could increase the muscle strength and coordination ability of patients,which could improve the motor function and walking ability of patients.
