摘　　要：目的探讨外周导入中心静脉置管(PICC)在胸上段食管癌患者中的应用及护理。方法选择2007-01/2010-10在本院胸一病区行食管癌三野淋巴结清扫术的56例胸上段食管癌患者行PICC置管,均根据患者具体情况给予预防性护理。结果56例患者在置管过程中发生护理问题4例,其余患者均顺利完成治疗计划,成功率达92.85%,导管留置时间3～67 d,平均置管时间为21 d。结论PICC导管是一种简单、可行,并发症较少的方法,可广泛开展。Objective To discuss the application and nursing of central venous catheter inserted peripherally in patients with upper thoracic esophageal cancer.Methods A group of 56 cases of thoracic esophageal cancer patients taken three-field lymph node dissection in thoracic ward in Sichuan Tumor Hospital from January,2007 to October,2010 was selected,and was given preventive nursing based on the specific situation of patients.Results Four cases in 56 patients had problems during the nursing process,and the others completed treatment programs successfully,the success rate was 92.85%,catheter time was 3-67d,and the average catheter time was 21d.Conclusion PICC catheter is a simple,feasible method with few complications,and it could be widely used.
