摘  要:叶片安装角是影响固定偏角垂直轴水轮机性能的关键参数之一.为了提高水轮机性能,应用模型试验和数值模拟的方法,研究了安装角对水轮机叶片载荷和叶轮整体性能的影响.通过能量利用率的数值计算结果与试验结果对比,验证了数值模拟结果的可靠性.研究结果表明,叶片安装时首部外偏一定角度,可以提高叶轮的能量利用率,并且可以降低叶片载荷,这有利于水轮机的长期运转;叶片安装时首部内偏一定角度,对叶轮的能量利用率和叶片载荷均不利.Preset blade pitch is one of the key parameters which influences the performance of a fixed pitch vertical axis tidal turbine.In order to improve turbine performance,model experiments and numerical simulation methods were carried out to study the effects of preset blade pitch on the blade load and the overall performance of the turbine.The results of numerical simulation were reliable,proved by comparing coefficients of power from a numerical simulation with one from the experiment.The results show that a toe-out preset pitch resulted in an improved coefficient of power of the turbine and decreased blade load,which is helpful for the long-term operation of turbine.On the other hand,toe-in preset pitch proved to be a disadvantage for both the energy utilization rate in the turbine and the blade load.
