摘　　要：传统发展观片面追求经济增长,是一种简单性思维方式。复杂性思维是人类思维的一个新范式,具有整体性、非线性等多方面特征。科学发展观具有典型的复杂性思维特征。落实科学发展观是一项系统工程。统筹兼顾是科学发展观的根本要求,正是基于用复杂性思维来解决经济社会和人的全面发展问题。The traditional concept of development one-sided pursues economic growth.It is a simple way of thinking.The complexity of thinking is a new paradigm of human thinking with the characteristics of totality,non-linear and so on.The scientific concept of development has the typical characteristics of complex thinking.Implementing the scientific concept of development is a systematic project.Making overall arrangement is a fundamental requirement of the concept of scientific development.Which is based on the use of complexity thinking to solve the economic,the social and the all-round development.
