金玄痔科熏洗散、地奥司明片等联合用药治疗急性痔病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价金玄痔科熏洗散、地奥司明片、麝香痔疮栓、马应龙麝香痔疮膏联合治疗急性痔病的临床疗效,并与高锰酸钾液、司帕沙星片、肛泰栓、红霉素软膏治疗做对比。方法回顾性分析接诊急性痔病120例患者,发病时间均在2 d以内,症状为肛门肿物脱出、水肿、疼痛、出血等,进行随机分组,根据其是否使用金玄痔科熏洗散、地奥司明片等分为治疗组和对照组,分别统计两组的总有效率。结果治疗组总有效率为95%,对照组总有效率为69%,两组总效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论金玄痔科熏洗散、地奥司明片等药物联合用药较传统药物治疗急性痔病有更好的疗效。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy on acute hemorrhoids treated with the combined therapy of jinxuan zhike xunxisan,diosmin tablets,shexiang zhichuang shuan and mayinglong shexiang zhichuang gao,and make the comparison with potassium permanganate solution,sparfloxacin tablets,gangtain shuan and erythromycin ointment.Methods 120 cases of acute hemorrhoids in clinic were retrospectively analyzed.In 2 d after onset,the symptoms were prostrated piles,edema,bleeding,etc.A treatment group and a control group were divided according to whether jinxuan zhike xunxisan and diosmin tablets were used.The remarkably effective rate and the effective rate were analyzed separately.Results The total effective rate was 95% in treatment and was 69% in control group,indicating statistical significant difference in comparison（P0.05）.The efficacy in treatment group was superior apparently to that in control group.Conclusion The combined therapy with jinxuan zhike xuanxisan and diosmin tablets involved achieves a much better efficacy on acute hemorrhoids as compared with traditional medical therapy.
