“方证相应”理论在“病证结合”研究中的运用

摘　　要："方证相应"与"病证结合"皆为中医学中重要的理论,有着深刻的理论内涵与学术价值。病、证、方是有机联系的统一整体,三者的有效结合是中医辨证论治的核心。"方证相应"强调了方药与病证之间的高度的对应性,"病证结合"强调了通过辨病与辨证的结合体现病变整体的纵横联系性。"方证相应"理论为"病证结合"动物模型创建提供了理论依据,为中医"病-证"的本质研究提供了新途径,并为通过"方"来探索已知疾病中医"证"的病机研究提供了科学假说的可能,有助于阐明临床上不同方剂针对相同疾病的不同作用机理,阐明现代医学疾病的主要中医证候病机。＂Coordination of formula and pattern＂and＂integration of disease and pattern＂are the import theories in traditional Chinese medicine and both of them are deeply valuable in academic research.Disease,pattern and formula are integrated in organic relationship.The effective integration of those three aspects is the core of pattern differentiation and determination of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine.＂Coordination of formula and pattern＂emphasizes the high correspondence between herbal formula and pattern.＂Integration of disease and pattern＂lays the stress on the integration of disease differentiation and pattern identification and displays the longitudinal and transverse connection in the integrity of disorder.＂Coordination of formula and pattern＂provides a theoretic evidence for the establishment of animal model of＂integration of disease and pattern＂and applies a new approach for the study on the property of＂disease-pattern＂in traditional Chinese medicine.Additionally,it provides a potential scientific hypothesis for the pathogenesis study of＂pattern＂for the known disease via＂formula＂in traditional Chinese medicine.It is conducive to explain the different mechanisms of different herbal formulas on the same disease and state the primary pathogenesis of disease in modern medicine in terms of traditional Chinese medicine.
