大黄虫丸与黄芪合用对2型糖尿病大鼠治疗作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察大黄虫丸与黄芪合用对高脂乳剂加链脲佐菌素所致2型糖尿病大鼠的降血糖作用。方法采用高脂乳剂灌胃加小剂量链脲佐菌素腹腔注射,建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型。50个大鼠随机分为5组:正常对照组、模型对照组、阳性对照组、大黄虫丸组、大黄虫丸+黄芪组。连续灌胃4周后,测定各组大鼠血糖、血脂及免疫指标水平。观察实验期间各组大鼠外观状态、体质量变化,解剖分离各脏器称质量,计算脏器系数。结果模型组与正常组比较:血糖、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯及胆固醇升高,免疫球蛋白(IgG)、补体(CH50)水平下降、补体C3、C4水平升高。心、肝、肺增重,胸腺质量减轻,体质量下降。大黄虫丸与黄芪合用能降低糖尿病大鼠血糖、低密度脂蛋白、甘油三酯及胆固醇,升高高密度脂蛋白,提高补体CH50水平,降低补体C3水平;能改善糖尿病大鼠的体质量下降,纠正增加的肺脏质量,但不能纠正脾脏及胸腺免疫器官质量的减轻。结论大黄虫丸与黄芪合用对2型糖尿病大鼠具有降血糖作用。AIM To observe the effect of Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Astragalus on blood glucose in rats with type 2 diabetic. METHODS The model of type 2 diabetic rats was established by the administration of hyper-lip- id fodder and injection of small dose of streptozotocin. Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups： control group, model group, pravastatin control group, Dahuang Zhechong Pill group , Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Astraga- lus group. After four weeks intragastric administration , the tail blood was taken for the determination of blood lipid, blood glucose and immunological function. All the changes in behavior and body weight were observed and recor- ded. The rat organs were separated anatomically ,weighed and organ coefficient was calculated. RESULTS Com- pared with control group, the model group had high level of blood glucose, low-density lipoprotein （LDL） , triacylg-lycerol（TG）, cholesterol （CHO）, and complement C3 and C4, low levels of IgG and complement CH50, heavy weight of heart, liver and lung and light weight of thymus and body. However, Dahuang Zhechong Pill and Astraga lus group, reduction in the levels of blood glucose, LDH, TG, CHO, HDL and complement C3 ,increase in CI-IS0 levels, improvement in the body weight loss of type 2 diabetic rats and reversal in lung overweight but for spleen and thymus weight loss were observed. CONCLUSION The combination of Danghuang Zhenchong Pill and Asteag｜us has the hypoglycemic effect on type 2 diabetic rats.
