摘　　要：目的探讨颌下腺导管癌的CT影像特征,提高颌下腺恶性肿瘤的影像诊断能力。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的11例颌下腺导管癌的CT征象并复习文献。结果 CT特征为颌下腺区平扫不规则低密度肿块,增强动脉期肿块为明显不均匀强化,延迟期强化程度减低。3例散在点状钙化。颈部淋巴结转移7例。结论 CT对颌下腺导管癌的诊断及术前分期有重要的价值。Objective To analyze the value of multiphasic spiral computered tomography（MSCT） in diagnosis of submandibular gland carcinoma.Methods The MSCT features of 11 patients with pathologically confirmed submandibular gland carcinoma were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were examined with MSCT in plain and dual-phase enhancement scans before operation.Results MSCT features showed that the mases were irregular and with low density in plain scan,submandibular gland carcinoma tended to be marked enhancement mixed enhancement patterns in arterial phase,the degree of enhancement were decreased in delay period,scattered calcification occurred to 3 cases and cervical lymph node metastases occurred to 7 cases.There 4 cases in phases Ⅱ,6 in phse Ⅲ and one case in phase Ⅳ.The mass detection rate and characterization rate by MSCT were 100%,100%,respectively.Conclusions MSCT is a reliable technique for diagnosis and elevating phasing of submandibular gland carcinoma.
