B型超声在子宫肌瘤诊断中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨B超诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法对北京大学深圳医院自2009年5月至2010年6月来院就诊的143例人员进行了B型超声检查和分析,了解病灶大小、形态及回声特征。结果 B超诊断与病理诊断一致者125例,诊断符合率为87.4%;病例可分为高回声型、低回声型、中等回声型和混合回声型4种类型,所占比例分别为25.2%、34.3%、21.0%和19.6%。结论尽管B超诊断子宫肌瘤具有一定误诊率,但仍然为诊断子宫肌瘤的首选方法。Objective To investigate the clinical value of type-B ultrasonic in diagnosing hysteromyoma.Methods 143 patients,who visit our hospital from May,2009 to June,2010 were examined by type-B ultrasonic to get the size,shape and echo features of the focus.Results The coincidence cases of type-B ultrasonic diagnosis and pathologic diagnosis were 125,and the diagnosis coincidence rate was 88.9%.The cases were divided into four types： high echo-level type,low echo-level type,middle echo-level type and mix echo-level type,which account for 25.2%、34.3%、21.0% and 19.6%,respectively.Conclusions Type-B ultrasonic is the best method to diagnose hysteromyoma although there is certain misdiagnosis rate.
